Welcome to ClientHub AI. By using our WhatsApp AI bot platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and ClientHub AI.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using ClientHub AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

ClientHub AI provides a platform to create and manage AI-powered WhatsApp bots for businesses. Features include:

  • AI-powered automatic WhatsApp replies via Gemini AI
  • Inventory management and product catalog bot integration
  • Lead capture, tracking, and follow-up dashboard
  • Shared and dedicated WhatsApp Business number options
  • Multilingual customer conversation handling

Account Registration
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ClientHub AI to:

  • Send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited communications
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
  • Sell or resell the service without our written permission
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Share your API credentials or account access with unauthorized parties
  • Use the bot for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes

⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without notice or refund.

WhatsApp Policy Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through ClientHub AI complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

⚠️ Violations may result in your WhatsApp number being banned by Meta. ClientHub AI bears no responsibility for WhatsApp number bans resulting from your policy violations.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into ClientHub AI — including inventory, business information, and leads. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

We will never sell your business data or use your customer leads for any purpose other than operating your bot.

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

Plans & Billing
  • Basic Plan: Free forever with shared WhatsApp number — no credit card required
  • Premium Plan: Paid plan with own WhatsApp Business number — pricing communicated on a per-client basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers
  • Refunds are at our sole discretion and handled case by case
  • Premium plan cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger automatic refunds

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Abuse or misuse the platform
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Cause harm to other users or third parties

Suspension may occur with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Limitation of Liability

ClientHub AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including:

  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your data
  • WhatsApp number bans by Meta
  • Any reliance on AI-generated responses

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing users of material changes via email or a dashboard notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
